Terms of Service

Welcome to DokkanGo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DokkanGo.

DokkanGo is an online marketplace connecting buyers with local grocery and food stores in Jordan. We provide the following services:

• Browsing and ordering products from multiple stores
• Payment processing (Cash on Delivery, Cliq, Credit/Debit Cards)
• Delivery coordination through independent drivers
• Store management tools for sellers

DokkanGo is an intermediary platform and does not own or operate the listed stores. Stores are responsible for their product quality and pricing.

To use certain features of DokkanGo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not create more than one account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.

As a buyer on DokkanGo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete delivery information
• Be available to receive deliveries at the specified address
• Pay for orders using the selected payment method
• Treat delivery drivers with respect
• Report any issues with orders within 24 hours
• Verify products upon receipt

Store owners registered on DokkanGo agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Maintain adequate stock levels
• Prepare orders promptly and accurately
• Comply with all Jordanian food safety regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Pay agreed commission fees
• Obtain all necessary licenses and permits

Delivery drivers agree to:

• Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Deliver orders safely and on time
• Handle products with care
• Maintain professional conduct
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Not open or tamper with orders

All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). Regarding pricing and payment:

• DokkanGo does not control store pricing
• A delivery fee is charged per order
• Additional service fees may apply
• Payments are processed securely through authorized providers
• We do not store credit card information
• Prices are subject to change by stores without prior notice

Cancellation Policy:

• Buyers may cancel orders before store confirmation
• Sellers may cancel if items are unavailable
• Cancellation fees may apply after order preparation begins

Refund Policy:

• Full refund for cancelled orders (before preparation)
• Partial refund for missing or damaged items
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Disputes resolved on a case-by-case basis

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for illegal purposes
• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Reselling products purchased through DokkanGo
• Collecting other users' data without permission
• Posting offensive or inappropriate content

All content on DokkanGo, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of DokkanGo or its licensors and is protected by Jordanian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

DokkanGo is a marketplace platform. We:

• Do not guarantee product quality or availability
• Are not responsible for store or driver actions
• Are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Limit liability to the amount paid for the specific order

We make our best effort to ensure an excellent experience, but we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions or traffic congestion.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable Jordanian laws. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution first. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, in accordance with Jordanian Arbitration Law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Jordanian courts in Amman have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.

DokkanGo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
